IPAD establishes strategic partnerships with international and philanthropic stakeholders on shared goals that deliver on HUD’s mission by:
- Providing advice and consultation to those seeking to partner
- Facilitating information exchange and learning opportunities
- Identifying partnership opportunities to enhance HUD’s impact
- Developing plans for collaboration and joint action
- Capturing and disseminating knowledge
- Coordinating research between scholars, government officials, and practitioners
